Treatments Offered
Treatment is tailored to each individual and informed by a detailed understanding of your cognitive, emotional and physical wellbeing.
The aim is to support you to manage difficulties effectively, build on your strengths, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
Cognitive Rehabilitation
Cognitive rehabilitation supports changes in thinking skills such as memory, attention, planning or problem-solving.
This may include:
- Practical strategies for everyday tasks
- Tools to support cognitive confidence
- Strength-based approaches to work around any areas of difficulty
Rehabilitation programmes are always collaborative and designed to fit your daily life, priorities and goals.

Psychological therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore emotional experiences and the impact of illness or injury. Therapy is adapted sensitively if there are cognitive or communication changes.
Therapeutic approaches may draw from:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Emotion-focused and systemic perspectives
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Therapy can be individual, with a partner or family member, or offered as part of wider rehabilitation.
